16 July 2001: The Application Guide (version 3.0) is structured in three parts and consists of seven documents. Applicants are recommended to first consult Part I and Part II before compiling Part III, i.e. the Proposal Preparation Forms. Out of the eleven official EU languages, the "Application Guide"::http://europa.eu.int/comm/life/envir/infopk/index-en.htm is now available in ten languages (ES, DE, EL, EN, FR, IT, NL, PT, SV and FI); DA will follow soon.
